REVIEW | nspa Skin Glow Mud Mask

Aaah skincare, my one true love. Is there anything better than getting into your PJ's on a cold evening and whacking on a facemask to rid you of those pesky blemishes?

I don't do a huge amount of skincare reviews at the moment because, money. Like fo real, I am poor AF. But this little Gem caught my eye when I was in ASDA one day, and for the incredible price of just £3 I had to grab this, the beauty blogger in me couldn't resist.

nspa is somewhat of an unheard of brand, massively under-rated in my opinion and exclusive to ASDA. They are cruelty-free and against animal testing, so that's a huge plus in my books AND this product is vegan

The mask itself is a mix of Clay and Charcoal to draw out impurities, Salicylic acid to tackle any acne or pimples, whilst it also contains soothing ingredients such as Vitamin E and Aloe Vera to hydrate and protect the skin. It has a slight smell that isn't offensive, but if you've ever had any products from nspa you know that they all smell fairly similar.

There is nothing unusual about the application, you just apply a thin layer and leave for 10-20 minutes to fully dry, then you wash off with water and hey presto you have bright clear skin!

I was really really impressed by this mask, I like a mask to dry quickly and this starts to dry almost as soon as you've put it on your face, the formula is thin enough so that it's super easy to spread but thick enough that it doesn't run down your face and land on everything you hold dear (a.k.a those brand new Egyptian cotton white sheets, that cost you a fortune but damn the comfort is good

Removing it is a doddle and it didn't get all crusty and stuck in my nose stud so that's a huge bonus. I've found with certain masks my face can be left looking a little red, but that didn't happen with this so I guess the suitable for sensitive skin claim is correct at least for me! (Although, if you're super sensitive I would recommend doing a little patch test just to be certain!)

Results wise I definitely think this product makes my skin look brighter and initially clearer. Whether it 100% reduces any pimples or acne I can't be totally sure as I'm pretty strict on my skincare routine anyway. But it does make my skin feel amazingly soft, clear and visibly brighter so I can't really complain!

I managed to pick mine up for £3 on a special offer at ASDA but you can find them normally in your local shop for the meagre sum of £6, which is pretty incredible for such an amazing product.

Also if you check out ASDA now they have a 2 for £8 deal on all nspa!
