Clean Eats: Chia Breakfast Bowl!

After eating my healthy breakfast, I felt inspired to write about it. Chia seeds are a new discovery for me and I absolutely adore them! 

So here's what I do to make my Chia Breakfast Bowl! 

Step 1: Pour 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds into a largish bowl, add a cup of your preffered milk (I use Alpro Coconut & Almond). Stir the two together until the chia seeds are fully mixed with the milk then leave in the fridge for 30 minutes (for best results I make mine the night before and leave overnight!) 

Step 2: Once your chia seeds have soaked and puffed up add your favourite fruits. I add 1 Banana chopped up, a handful of fresh raspberries and about 4-5 fresh strawberries. 

Step 3 (optional): Then I add a tablespoon of Flaxseed with Goji Berries which are both excellent sources of omega 3 and vitamin C. 

Step 4: Grab a spoon and enjoy your delicious, satisfying and healthy breakfast!

I honestly love this breakfast bowl, it's so tasty and it leaves you feeling really satisfied! Plus if you make the chia pudding the night before it is so easy and quick just chuck on your fruits and your good to go!
